Steve Catchick – CEO & Founder

Speaker, Trainer and Mentor

Steve has a career invested in developing and growing people. He is a military veteran, a former corporate trainer for IBM, and an advocate for effective accelerated learning.

While working at IBM, Steve provided training for IBM sales teams and other departments, designing and delivering a bespoke customer care programme for the engineering field force, where up to 200 engineers, support teams and managers attended the highly successful programme, as well as a Present Powerfully programme delivered to sales, managers, and other professionals within IBM.

Steve has worked for years with business leaders and Entrepreneurs in the UK to grow effective teams and profitable operations through his training and coaching programs. He was a mentor for The Business Wealth Club – Maidenhead, for three years, an organization supporting and mentoring business owners and entrepreneurs to grow their teams, revenue and profit.

Steve is a member of The Professional Speaking Association, where he has been President for the Thames Valley Region in Reading 2016-2017.

Steve joined Toastmasters International in 2004. He is now a Distinguished Toastmaster, past President of both Maidenhead Speakers and Wokingham speakers and past Division Governor for S E England, where he was responsible for the health and growth of 21 clubs.

Steve’s belief in the power of coaching, training and people development has driven the creation of The High Impact Communicator and The Secret Salesforce, which he both speaks and delivers master-classes on.

Steve is an avid dancer who loves Rock’n’Roll and swing dancing, and is the father to two distinguished young men. He enjoys travel and took time out when first in his 50s, to backpack alone in SE Asia. His catchphrase is “Gap years are far too good for Kids!”

He is a certified NLP trainer, and a hypno-therapist, and uses some of the techniques in his training and coaching
